Using the skills and knowledge gained from my Grandparents as a child. Then several years working for tradtional farmers & smallholders in my later teens and early twenties. I have spent a lifetime growing my own food using ecological practices, spending many years studying ecology. I have always taught and passed this knowledge on to others.
For the last 10 years I have worked full time; designing edible ecosystems, foodscapes and regeneratve landscapes, and assisting in their implementation. During this time I have also taught in a professional capacity through courses, workshops and talks. I am now able to offer these services on a consultancy basis.
